Country Director

Graduated from Sciences Po and holding a Masters in urban network services engineering, Augustin started his career in Jordan on the issue of financial engineering of essential networks.
He then worked for 2 years at the French Embassy in Morocco, supporting public policies on housing, urban planning and environment.
He then joined the AREP group to support the creation and development of their Moroccan subsidiary. He was transferred to the group’s headquarters to support international development and to manage donor-funded projects.
He joined Eau et Vie in February 2022 as Country Director for the Philippines.

Finance Admin Manager

Margie is certified public accountant. She joined Eau et Vie’s team as Administrative and Financial Manager in January 2023.

NGO Program Manager

Adrien is a 39-year-old engineer and over the years he specialised in the WASH sector. He also had several years of experience in Asia. He conducted water and sanitation projects in rural areas of South
India with an organization named Kynarou, including the construction of borewells / water supply networks / filtration systems and public toilets / biogas production units / DEWATS.
And he headed a post earthquake recovery program in Nepal with Triangle Generation Humanitaire, including construction and WASH activities, but also food security and livelihood, climate change and DRR activities.

SE Program Manager

Peter was previously engaged with the leading water providers in the country – Manila Water Company Inc. and Primewater Infrastructure Corporation.

For over a decade in the industry, Peter played a pivotal role in establishing operational standards, implementing developmental programs, improving water availability and revenue, and organizing team-building activities.

His area of expertise focuses on enhancing water supply, reducing non-revenue water, improving revenue, customer service and fostering team development which are a big factor for our organisation’s success.

Peter join the team as SE Program Manager in May 2024.

Human Resources Manager

Vibieth worked with Fluor Daniel Inc Philippines  as HR Specialist  for 3 years, working on  talent acquisition including onboarding credentials and dealing with nationalities based in Malaysia, India and Indonesia. She  was also used to working with PH Global Jet Express Inc as HR Generalist Manager in 2019. Moreover she was in HR Profession for 10 years starting in entry-level roles and gradually working her way up to leadership positions.

Partnerships and Communication Manager

With a background on Development Communication from The University of The Philippines, Andrea started her career fundraising for UNICEF. She then moved on and worked as Writing Consultant for more than 10 years, but then returned to her development communication roots and worked as Corporate Relations Coordinator for an International NGO helping orphaned, abandoned, and neglected children. With the expertise she has built, she is now building partnerships to improve the lives of slum dwellers by joining BWW in April 2024.

W&L Chairman

Ramon is CEO of FutureWater Asia.

Mr. Alikpala was Chairman of the Philippine’s Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, the water utility for the 16 Million residents of Mega Manila. 

Prior to that, he was Executive Director of the country’s National Water Resources Board, the government agency responsible for the management of the country’s water resources. 

He has served as Chairman of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Working Group on Water Resources Management, Chairman of the Philippine Water Partnership and an International Steering Committee member of the Global Water Partnership in Stockholm, Sweden.
