Co-founder and General Deleguate

Graduate of ESSEC and La Sorbonne (philosophy), Philippe was in charge of UPLiFT micro-credit program in the Philippines, within Inter Aide NGO. After spending 3 years in a petroleum company, he became director of a plumbing company, dedicated to the integration of people in a vulnerable situation. On September 2014, he joined Eau et Vie full-time.

Chief Financial Manager

After 25 years spent in various financial positions (management controller, financial controller, group financial director) both in France and internationally in the industry (mining, metallurgy, automotive, forestry, industrial mechanics), Christophe joined Water and Life in September 2018.

Operational Process & Developement Director

Graduated in Political Science and specialized in International Relations, Clara has been managing NGO – Wash Projects for more than 10 years. After 6 years as WASH Project Manager for Asia of a French NGO, as well as 2 years as Finance and Admin Manager, she joined Eau et Vie in the Philippines in 2016. Program Manager of Tubig Pag Asa (Social Company of E&V), she took in 2018 the responsibility of Philippines’ Country Director before joining the HQ team as Operational Process & Development Director.

Partnerships and Fundraising Director

Lisy graduated from two Masters: International Business at the Pantheon Sorbonne University and Management and Sustainable Development of ISEADD. After a four-month trip to Latin America, she began her first experience in the voluntary sector in private partnerships at the service of the association Planète Urgence. Then she refined her knowledge of WASH issues, particularly in Africa, and donors in the NGO Eau Vive. She joined Eau et Vie in October 2018.

Human Resources Manager

Holding a master’s degree in international cooperation, Anne began her professional career at the international NGO Action contre la Faim. Following a specialization in Human Resources, she joined the institutional department of an international research firm. Her return to the world of the associative, Anne operated in an association of support and social housing. Thanks to a detachment as Project Manager HRIS, Anne was able to develop her project coordination skills. She joined Eau et Vie in December 2017.

Hygiene, Community Empowerment, Fire Fighting & Emergency Management Technical Advisor.

With a background in anthropology, Thomas’s professionnal career has led him over the last 15 years to work with several NGO working for cooperation to developpement in multiple challenges contexts. He has occupied different positions in development of projects, fundraising and representation, management and support to field teams on topics such as management of natural ressources ;  water access, hygiene and comunity empowrement, or support to urban transition. He joined Eau & vie in september 2023.

After the validation of his generalist engineering degree at ICAM, Vincent joined an educational program with actions in France, Cameron and Benin. Back in France he worked as an IT consultant in the industrial sector and as IT and maintenance project manager for the city of Nantes. He has developed skills in data management solution and project management. His personal beliefs about ecology and society push him into doing a step back for industry and think back on his professional contribution. He joined the Operational Process and Development team of Eau et Vie in February 2021.

Emilie holds a Master’s degree in Law and a degree from the 3A Business and Development School. She has held various positions in the private sector, first in asset management and then in the non-profit sector for 6 years as Head of the Sponsorship and Donations Department at Enfants Sans Frontières. She joined Eau et Vie in September 2018.

Country Director - Philippines

Graduated from Sciences Po and holding a Masters in urban network services engineering, Augustin started his career in Jordan on the issue of financial engineering of essential networks.
He then worked for 2 years at the French Embassy in Morocco, supporting public policies on housing, urban planning and environment.
He then joined the AREP group to support the creation and development of their Moroccan subsidiary. He was transferred to the group’s headquarters to support international development and to manage donor-funded projects.
He joined Eau et Vie in February 2022 as Country Director for the Philippines.

With a background in philosophy and political science, Chloé Wagner has been working for nearly 15 years in the coordination of international solidarity projects.

She has developed her experience in several countries (Kosovo, Palestine, Afghanistan, Philippines…), as well as at the headquarters of NGOs based in Geneva and Paris, mainly on education and training programmes for vulnerable groups.

She was Country Director in Côte d’Ivoire for Eau et Vie for 2 years.

Vice president E&V

Antoine Boo an engineer of public works specialized in environmental sciences.

He worked for 35 years for the French Environmental Company responsible for water, sanitation and electricity production and distribution .

He was also in charge of water works construction: pipes, water and wastewater treatment plants. He worked for public Authorities as a business unit manager in France, Eastern and Northern Europe, North America, Africa and in the Middle East. He successfully improved access to water and sanitation services for the population in many of these countries and the service quality as well.

Treasurer E&V

Married, two children, committed movies producer. Former founder of an insertion companies for people with social difficulties. Has travelled in more than forty countries.

President EVES

Bernard Collignon is a groundwater specialist. He has worked for 40 years in the water supply sector in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, with NGOs (Volunteers for Progress) and with the private sector. He created two consultancies specialising in the development of public services in the South: Hydroconseil (water and sanitation) and Urbaconsulting (municipal development).

After handing over the two companies to their employees, he continues to work as a freelance consultant, focusing on slums and informal sector enterprises (www.bottombillion.fr).

Board Member

Olivier Pascal is an engineer of environmental sciences and technologies, specialized in the economics of large urban systems. He worked for 40 years for the French environmental company Veolia : engineering project manager for public authorities (France, Germany, tropical or equatorial countries), head of urban services, in the Ile-de-France region, director of R & D activities in urban hydrology (founder of the Berlin Water competence Center – 2000). Today, he exercises engineering consultant’s activity on the themes of urban planning facing the challenges of climate or social precariousness. He is a partner in development programs for digital solutions or for environmental modelling, in relation to urban planning. A known partner is ASTEE (Scientific and Technical Association for Water and Environment).

Board Member

Former volunteer for Eau et Vie in the Philippines (2010-2011), Hortense joined the Board of Directors when she came back to France and continued her academic career in the sectors of international development, social entrepreneurship and innovation. Specialised in access to utilities in emerging countries and BoP strategies, she has worked on these issues for different structures: large and medium-sized businesses, start-ups and research institutions. She now audits and evaluates development programmes for the European Commission and the United Nations.

Dominique Geoffray was the Delegate General of Aquassistance for the last four years (2013 to 2017). Aquassistance is an international non for profit organization working with volunteer SUEZ employees in order to provide support to the most disadvantaged populations in the field of access to drinkable water, sanitation and waste management services. Prior to this, he has worked for more than 25 years as an operational officer in France and overseas for SUEZ. His first professional experiences focused on rural hydraulic projects in Africa (Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Benin) for BURGEAP.

Graduate in international relations and training in electoral administration, Eugène has been involved in community life for more than a decade, where he is interested in issues of international solidarity and social entrepreneurship. He then completed this course with a background in business administration where he worked on employee takeover

Alain Delsupexhe is a graduate of the California Institute of Technology (MSc. in Electrical Engineering) and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is a civil engineer in Telecommunications and has founded several companies including EOLFI, a pioneer in floating wind energy.

Marc-Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the IESEG School of Management. He founded NOIRET PATRIMOINE, a wealth management consultancy specialising in the field of solidarity-based finance.

The objective is to assist individuals and legal entities in the management of their assets by enabling them to have a positive social and environmental impact.

Véronique Jenn-Treyer is currently General Manager of the NGO Planète Enfants & Développement.

With a degree in applied mathematics and business management, Véronique quickly worked in the international NGO sector, first in France as a Finance Manager and then in the field, in Madagascar and Niger, as an international NGO Manager.
