After a Master’s degree in international banking and finance, Valérie began her career on financial markets then joined the NGO sector. In charge of UPLiFT Program Network in Philippines within Inter Aide, she co-authored Entrepreneurs du Monde, she carried out counseling and evaluation missions on behalf of the Belgian Development Agency, then managed the budget for Conseil Général de la Vienne social actions. Since January 2013, she started working full-time at Eau et Vie.
Graduate of ESSEC and La Sorbonne (philosophy), Philippe was in charge of UPLiFT micro-credit program in Philippines, within Inter Aide NGO. After spending 3 years in a petroleum company, he became director of a plumbing company, dedicated to the integration of people in a vulnerable situation. On September 2014, he joined Eau et Vie full-time.
After 25 years spent in various financial positions (management controller, financial controller, group financial director) both in France and internationally in the industry (mining, metallurgy, automotive, forestry, industrial mechanics), Christophe joined Water and Life in September 2018.
Claire is a Water and Sanitation Engineer who specializes in development issues both in urban and rural contexts. She has developed her skills in diverse organizations, from NGOs, to bilateral donors, to consulting firms of various sizes mostly in France, Cambodia and Bangladesh. She joined Eau et Vie in May 2016 as Technical Project Manager and was in charge of developing a sanitation pilot project in Bangladesh. She became Technical Advisor at the headquarters of the NGO in France in June 2017.
Ghislaine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems management and has more than 15 years of experience as a control manager and administrative and finance manager for all-sized companies. She joined Eau et Vie’s headquarters in April 2016.
Computer engineer in a software and computing services company, Thomas worked for 9 years in diverse sectors in project management support and as a programmer and architect. He brings his skills to Eau et Vie as a part time member.
Pauline graduated in international cooperation and solidarity as well as in anthropology and started to work in 2007 for several non-profit organisations in France and Cambodia as project officer in the field of education and disability. She joined Eau et Vie’s action in Bangladesh in 2013, followed by a mission in Ivory Coast in early 2016. She is now Programme Manager for Eau et Vie’s project in France.
Holding a master's degree in international cooperation, Anne began her professional career at the international NGO Action contre la Faim. Following a specialization in Human Resources, she joined the institutional department of an international research firm. Her return to the world of the associative, Anne operated in an association of support and social housing. Thanks to a detachment as Project Manager HRIS, Anne was able to develop her project coordination skills. She joined Eau et Vie in December 2017 as Head of Human Resources at Headquarters.
Graduate of the School of Business and Development 3A, Emilie has held various positions in private wealth management initially and then in the associative for 6 years as head of sponsorship and donations. She joined Eau et Vie in September 2018 to support the headquarters and the management of the association in several missions as universal assistant and then as Head Office officer: communication, human resources and general resources.
Lisy graduated from two Masters: International Business at the Pantheon Sorbonne University and Management and Sustainable Development of ISEADD. After a four-month trip to Latin America, she began her first experience in the voluntary sector in private partnerships at the service of the association Planète Urgence. Then she refined her knowledge of WASH issues, particularly in Africa, and donors in the NGO Eau Vive. Lisy continues her commitment by being part of the teams of Eau et Vie as a partner in charge especially in Côte d'Ivoire and the Philippines since October 2018.
With two licenses in hand, LEA - International Exchanges and Managerial and Industrial Economics, that Cindy goes to Vietnam for a one-year volunteering mission within the association Xuân, the children of the future. She joined the Communication & Fundraising division and is working on launching a WASH campaign in remote Vietnamese schools. Upon her return, she undertook a master's degree in International Affairs and Development, specializing in Sustainable Development and Organizational Responsibility at Paris Dauphine University. As part of her training, she joined Eau et Vie in April 2019, in the Partnerships and Financing division.
