Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and has worked for 7 years in Rwanda as a nurse. She also has professional experience working with Doctors Without Borders in Mauritania and Bangladesh. She joined Water and Life Bangladesh in October 2017.
After his post-graduation major in Biology-Entomology from the University of Chittagong, Sumon has been working over 9 years in different sectors in different international organizations (Social business and innovations, Digital Finance, Market development, Research & Development). He is a dedicated development personnel expertise with program operations, implementation, Grant management, Project Cycle Management. He has joined as an Operations Manager at SJP in April 2018.
Upon completion of her MBA majoring in Human Resource Management from BRAC University, Farzina started her career in the field of HR back in 2013. After working in the Human Resources department with a few conglomerates in Bangladesh for almost 4 years, she stepped into the development sector by joining the team of Water and Life Bangladesh as HR & Admin Officer in March 2017.
Fahad has a Master in Public Health major in "Epidemiology" and then completed his Post Graduate Diploma in " Disaster Management" from University of Dhaka. He started his career as "USAID Intern fellow" in 2014. Before joining Eau et Vie in 2018 as "Operation manager", he served as "Medical Adviser" of ATIA and conducted a feasibility study.
Shilpi holds a Master in Food and nutrition and further in Public Health. She worked for 5 years in Mari Stopes, an international NGO, as a Clinic Manager. She has also professional experience as a nutritionist for two years. She joined Water and Life and SJP in December 2017.
Before joining SJP’s team in August 2017, Akter worked for the NGO Agrajattra as Finance Manager and then for the German Cooperation (GIZ) as Local Capacity Development Expert and responsible to Introduce Computerized system revenue collection as Pourahsava level for 5 years.
Sakib completed his graduation and post-graduation in Sociology from Khulna University. He worked with the Center for Injury Prevention and Research Bangladesh (CIPRB) as an Upazila Coordinator in Maternal and Neonatal Health Program. He then worked in Economic Empowerment of the Poorest Programme (EEP/Shiree) and also did many Voluntary and Survey related work with UNICEF Bangladesh and World Fish Centre.
After a civic mission in her hometown in Belgium and her involvement towards asylum seekers in 2012, Morgane chose to dedicate herself and study development. She graduated in 2016 at HEPN and starts a master in procurement and supply management at Brac University in 2018. Specializing herself in development education with a non-profit organization in Brussels as well as in Togo, she could acquire valuable volunteers management skills and capacity to organize awareness sessions. Thereafter, Morgane decided to study migration and found a Malaysian NGO to engage with for almost a year where she was in charge of fundraising and communication. Living in Bangladesh with her husband since September 2018, Morgane joined Water & Life in april 2019.
Holding a Master's degree in Development Geography and Project Management, Xavier has completed part of his university studies in India. He joined Eau et Vie in October 2017, after having completed a final internship at the French Institute of Pondicherry on issues of groundwater management. Following a first six-month field experience in Chittagong with Water & Life, he is now based in Dhaka as Operations Manager for the SJP Social Enterprise since November 2018.
After completing her graduation in Civil Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Marufa has been working about 4 years in different sectors of civil. She also worked on a project of Solid Waste Management Plant in her university which has been published in an International Conference. She has joined as Project Engineer (Sanitation) at W&L in April'2018. In parallel to her profession, she is now pursuing her Masters of Science in Disaster Management at the University of Dhaka.
Proma completed her graduation in Media Studies and Journalism from University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Then, she admitted for Masters in Television and Film Studies at University of Dhaka. In parallel, she worked in an online news portal,
