After a Master in Management, specialized in Business Administration, and a short training 'Develop, monitor and evaluate a project' to the Bioforce Institute, Valerie worked for 5 years in Cambodia, Kenya and Mali in areas as diverse as children sponsorship, the fight against female genital mutilation and early marriage, as well as pediatric and medical-nutritional projects. She joined Water and Life in June 2015.
With his master’s degree in environmental pollution, Ariful worked 12 years in local and international organisations. He gained valuable experience in administrative and financial management, reporting, and coordination amongst key actors in international development.
Graduate in management, Irvina specialised in water and sanitation issues during her 4 years experience as a project manager in the headquarter of a NGO.
Graduated from Masters in Public Health and in Social Welfare, Kabita has a long experience in working in Water and Sanitation Program for organizations like CARE Bangladesh, Water Aid Bangladesh and Plan international Bangladesh. She joined W&L as WaSH Manager in November 2016.
After graduated in Finance and Accounting as well as in Human Resources Management, Hira has worked for over five years in the fields of Administration and Human Resources both in Bangladesh and abroad before joining the W&L team in March 2015.
Before joining W&L’s team in April 2015, Ziaul worked for the NGO Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) as Senior Project Engineer and responsible to implement WaSH intervention for 2 years, then for the United Nation on the Urban Partnership for Poverty Reduction (UPPR) Project as Settlement Improvement Consultant for three years.
